I don't have to tell anyone anything. It's just my opinion. By the way there's alot of historians and journalists out there they don't even have Pac in the top 100! Many of them think that he's not even the best fighter in this last decade. Believe it or not, some even think that PAC is a hype job.

For the record I personally feel there are certain posters on the various message boards including this one that have more credibility and knowledge about boxing than some of the so called "journalists" I have seen write about boxing.

I gave you a list of 25-50 fighters and asked if you think that PAC is better than them all-time. Please go back and look at the list of names and if you think PAC is better than them I would love to hear your argument why. Like I have said and will continue to say I think PAC is a very good fighter but in my opinion he's not a top 15 or top 25 ATG.

He made the equivalent of 20$ bucks thats 20.00$ for his first fight! He finally made 40k in 2001 against Ledwaba six years later. He could have become a Olympic Gold Medalist and made way more money than 20$ but he wasnt good enough then.

When he steps away from the sport he will likely do it in the name of politics in the grandest duck in recent history. Or, he will get the beating he's been avoiding from Mayweather, Mosley, or hopefully both, and he will limp away exposed.

What about Manny's multiple affairs and child outside of marriage? You are eager to throw out Mayweather family dirt, but Pacquiao stays protected. I hope that in all of Manny's prayer photo ops he's asking for forgiveness because it appears that brother Manny is on the wrong path.

blah blah blha blah blah blah..

If he gets schooled by Mayweather in a shutout..i'd say he would be overrated OR the competitors that Pac has beat just weren't that good in the first place.

Why is it that most, if not all threads berating Pacquiao somehow gets turned into a Floyd lovefest?

If Pacquiao sucks so much as a boxer, why do you *****s keep ranting about how Pacquiao avoided a fight with PBF? If anything, you should pick on Floyd for even entertaining the thought of a fight with a fighter that's not even ATG material.

As for the original topic, Yes, I do think Manny Pacquiao is being overrated by some. On the underhand, he's also being underrated by many. So I say he's right on the fence.

WTF you ignorant ****. Pac wasn't bred to be a fighter. He's got no Floyd Sr. daddy to train him since he learned to walk and paved his way to the olympics. Philippines don't even have a decent olypmic program let alone an extensive recruitment plan for amateur boxers. Pac made his way to boxing by training himself punching sand bags, running away from home and getting paid for street fights and finally landing a deal with some small-time local promoter

    an

Pac has done more in his career than PBF has. 20 years from now i'll rewatch Pac's fights not Mayweather's...

**** the olympics take them headgear off so you get a proper chin check test.A skinny malnourished PAC went straight to the pros home boy, bypassing all that prelim olympic amateur, padding record BS and at 19 won his 1st world championship, and his next title came when he was a sub given two weeks ****ing notice and destroyed the african kid brutally.

Read again and understand the context of the paragraph. Never did I mention any ranking. Nor would I start ranking him as I think it's ridiculous at this point in his career.

I'm saying he's on the fence of being overrated and underrated as a reply to the first post.

You have to realise that there are good fighters who weren't bloody olympians.
