I thought you have high IQ? I already stated it. I don't intend to give my comment on a worthless thread. I don't intend to lower my standards to debate on topic that should not even be debated upon. The thread starter is a troll, nothing more. If you start criticizing me, start with the thread. But you won't because obviously birds of the same feather flock together. Do you know what the term This content is protected " (if you don't, just look it up in the wiki, it might enlighten you)? Just look at the guys resume and look at who he defeated. Now if you think he is overrated, then no debate can change your small-minded mind. But to oblige you : I will just paste one that I posted earlier from another thread : This content is protected There are times when we like an athlete so much that we want things to happen that are almost impossible for him/her to achieve. And like a destiny, this happened to Manny Pacquiao. He won a historic seven world titles in seven weight divisions; four of which were lineal titles and all of them came from a knock out win against the world champion and claimant. Here are some interesting statistics why Manny is such a legendary fighter. And like the saying goes; "Some men lie, some women lie, but This content is protected ". You might agree with it because I surely don't agree 100 per cent. But those are not even my reasearch as I can not bother justifying how great Pac is. Let history judge that. I enjoy his fights now, but I am sure he is not going to be treated like soem garbage when he retires. His legacy is already cast in solid steel.
A combination of Roach's strategics, Pacquiao's hard work, and good business by Top Rank got Pac where he is. The first of the three is underestimated by people who say he's overrated because they don't realize that Pac doesn't fight the same fight against all of his opponents. His camp dissects everyone put in front of them - made evident by their resume.
Okay, relax, Ph. I didn't say he wasn't great. Crying out loud, I know Manny's accomplishments already.
You know what, man? I like reading you fighting against philla than reading the title of this thread. :yep
Exactly who over-rates Manny Pacquiao? The *******s? That's a given. But when it's boxing historians and biggies in the industries are saying it, they've got more credibility than any poster here on ESB. Currently, IMO, Pac's ATG rating can be as high as the teens and as low as the 20s. Here's what some historians say: [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Lx_DH7mOno[/ame] Manny Steward @ 5:21 [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o9SPFvUWVG0[/ame] Care to argue with these 2? Show me your boxing resume and I'll try not choke on my own laughter.
Bert Sugar is a great character but he also...says things...that...ah, never mind. ...The man has Jack Johnson at 10 and Roy Jones Junior at 88TH. ****'s sake.
Overated? Pacquiao? Your brave. You have to rate him highly come on,Pacquiao has great prowess from his flyweight days up to his welterweight staus and soundly beaten a lot along the way up, Mayweather hasn`t looked as good as that imo.But he`s really still got something to prove at 147lbs but overall, brilliant.
