.. amateur boxing in the philippines are badly managed by ****in politicians that's why most of them turn to pro without even going or having to get experience in the amateurs.
Everyone knows Manny is a hype. He's not a great fighter he's just being fed to people he can beat. Can anyone logically explain why Manny pulled out of the Mayweather fight?Recently his own trainer mentioned that he was almost through with a gameplan to beat Mayweather. He knows Manny cant beat Mayweather and other mobile fighters.
I don't need to be taught, thanks. Teach a troll? You know what a troll is, right? This person is not serious. And what's the lesson in this quote? Does that teach something? Or does it just sound like arguing? :think
As a Mayweather fan Pacquiao is the most complete offensive fighter I've ever seen live. At the lower weights he looked kinda silly lunging in not really placing his punches. But now, he has ample power and speed to go with great footwork, timing and head movement. Thats why its imperative that the greatest offensive fighter and greatest defensive fighter get it on!
Go to the previous page and you will see that he became enlightened, sort of! That was just my sarcasm, not intended as a reply to the poster. You are a little bit slow. Read the last part. Do I have to teach you how to take a swipe at somebody without them knowing it? I really don't see why you are hurt when it does not concern you. I have the free time to play with idiots. If you want, I can oblige you as well!
I'm hurt? I didn't know that. That's weird. I don't feel hurt. Thanks for telling me. I don't care enough to go back and read. I'm already bored. And hurt, from what I've heard.
Actually Manny has been an elite fighter since he KO'd Barrera in 2003. Also, you can't speak for "most people". And Sugar Ray Robison has 18 losses and 6 draws on his record - so by your criteria he's not an All Time Great either. At the end of the day, Manny has won world titles from Flyweight to Welterweight. He's beaten Barrera twice, Morales twice, destroyed Hatton, beat Marquez, dominated Cotto, outclassed Clottey and retired De La Hoya - if that doesn't make him an ATG, nothing ever will. Manny's record his FANTASTIC and no one currently in boxing has achieved more than him.
Records hardly mean anything, yet I'll feed the troll. 3 losses and 2 draws in his career, "hardly great." Muhammad Ali had 5 losses, by comparison, he probably wasn't as great as Pacquiao. Sugar Ray may have had over 170 victories, but he had 19 losses and 6 draws, hardly great. Duran lost fights in the double digits. Hardly great. Should I keep going on about records? "Manny lost just as recent as 5 years ago." :rofl So by your definition, anyone who's lost more than 3 fights total or drew more than 2 times AND has no losses within the last 5 years AND must have had a glorified amateur career is considered an ATG/ success and not a fly by night kind of fighter? :happy Only became great in 2008? By what, your standards? Was 2008 when you began to watch him? He was a Hall-of-Famer based on his accomplishments at super-featherweight. As much as I believe that Pac actually lost his second fight with JMM, you sound like a bitter Marquez fan. That or you lack any credible sense of what an ATG is. :dead
