Pacquiao is definitely overrated, but that's only because some deluded people like to claim that he is the best boxer in history and stuff like that. I've heard numerous times on here that he's better than Mayweather, which is quite funny. He is probably one of the best boxers I've seen, but he's still overrated by definition.
Thurman is what I’m using as an example of his continuous pursuit of fighting the best. Thurman is a top 4 WW in this era and Pac bested him. Now he’s fighting Errol Spence. This is not even his era and he’s still fighting and winning against the best. His achievements before 2020 speaks for themself..

Well it depends on the context,,,if you're saying Manny is the greatest pound for pound fighter in history then yes he's over rated. I think he may be in the top 20 all time but you can't make a case for him being the best in any division he ever fought at from 122-147 . DLH when moved up in weight classes and had enough pro fights under belt started to loss some fights despite prime DLH ( young ) was very great. Floyd Jr likely does have this holy 0 and still: when he had get f***ed hands and ofc also moved up in weight classes, get older, his KO% had dropped and people not rare cases today are calling him as point fighter, pillow fist cos they remember him more from his last 10? fights, like this.
