    Thoughts?

I think PAC is the best welter today ,and today's welters are overated compared to 10-15 years ago

I would have liked to have seen Thurman vs. Spence to see who would do better. At the moment you cannot say Manny is not the best from the wins and losses of the welterweights. He has the best resume and one of the best wins. Which can be debated.

Pacs real record since mayweather fight is:

    Horn W
    Bradley W
    Vargas W
    Mathysee W
    Broner W
    Thurman W

Easily the best record. Pac best horn way more convincingly than Spence beat porter.

Crawford beat, man handled and stopped Horn though, Pac lost a close fight vs him. This is the reason why he can't be the number 1 WW.

So we are basing the best fighter in the division on Jeff Horn when the 40 year old Pacquiao just beat Keith Thurman, yet Terrence Crawford hasn't fought anyone close to a Keith Thurman, or a Danny Garcia or a Shawn Porter.

No, we're basing the best fighter of the division on whether he's lost recently or not and Pac lost to Horn while Crawford man handled him easily. Crawford is with Top Rank, he beat the best available competition put in front of him. Also I don't understand your point, Shawn Porter has been in with a who's who of WW champs yet you can't realistically rate him above Crawford or Spence because he lost... and I had Porter winning 114-113 on my card tonight.

Based on wins/losses, you are correct. In my personal opinion I would certainly rank Porter above Crawford as of right now based on the level of competition and the razor close decisions he has lost(that could have gone either way) against other elite welterweights. Crawford hasn't proven a thing 35 fights into his career. I had the fight 7-5 for Spence, the knock down was a killer for Porter.

Pac lost to Horn. Pac was beaten up. Horn was much better.

So I guess Pac was better than mayweather when he destroyed odlh and Hatton where floyd struggled with odlh and took 10 with Hatton whilst losing some rounds?

Come on man, circumstances and styles matter.
