What I did say is he could have easily have done it and he would have done it even before pac? How? All he had to do is pay for mosley belt but he didn't to. So what does this mean? Well if we rate pac for doing it we also have to point out floyd could have also have done this if he chose to be pay for a sactioning belt.

 

Get off the cocaine dude... Floyd beat Mosley for the lineal title as much as Pac beat Barrera back at FW. You either count it or discount it and Pacquiao didn't make divisional history yesterday. Can't have it both ways.

Also, off the top of my head, of active fighters today, Jorge Arce also won titles in 3 different decades.
