Simple Mayweather beat Pacquiao in a dominant performance.

Still both great fighters, but Mayweather will always have an undefeated record and a win over Pacquiao. Nuff said.

If Chavez or Duran had fought in Pacquiao era they could've been the goats, If Pacquiao had fought in thier era he wouldn't even had been top 50 atg.

Ring magazine titles at 3 weights and lineal titles at 4 weights.

Pacquiao 17-4-2 (8 KOs) in world title fights
25-6-2 (11 KOs) against former or current world champions
Ring magazine titles at 3 weights and lineal titles at 5 weights.

Similar accomplishments while Mayweather was able to stay undefeated and defeated the next best guy.

I love Pacquiao a whole lot more than Mayweather, would rather watch him fight any day, but no I don't think he is as good. Pacquiao is an A+ fighter, Mayweather is A++

 

Record doesnt mean much. This isnt Olympic wrestling. In boxing you can pick and choose who you fight and when you fight them.

Mayweather defeating Pacquiao is almost irrelevant as it pertains to their p4p rank.

As I said before Caleb Plant washes Mayweather 12-0.

 

Of course it isn't even close. A lot of wrestlers in Olympic year had fought in national championship, continental championship and even eliminators for the Games. Then in the Games.
In years when games aren't conducted there is World Championship.
Such wrestler does have 20-30 and more " fights " each year with 0 cherry pick and there aren't old big names to beat up for fans.
If wrestler is not in good shape, national team replaces him with another candidate. No corpses on the mats.
