Manny is great but he beat Margarito, whom quite a bit of people predicted Manny was going to have an easy time with.

So, in other words, "I don't know what the **** I'm talking about. Please disregard my comments altogether so I feel less embarrassed for rambling on about everything I'm ignorant about." I get it. Good comment.

Gobsmacking. Among other things, Joe LEWIS is a karate champion. Lennox LEWIS was the last undisputed heavyweight champion. Joe LOUIS is most likely who you meant, the longest reigning world heavyweight champion, from 1937 to 1949.

If he beat the one and only Antonio Margarito, then he is a solid top 5 ATG. No less.

He is truly an icon of the sport. The greatest boxer since Ali

  7. manny is great. top 5, no doubt about it. the way he beats fighters has all time greatness written all over it. he simply destroys them. its a privilege watching him fight. mayweather and pac dont belong in the same sentence. their resumes cant be compared at all. mayweather's record is padded to a certain extent. pacquiao's resume is incredible after 2003. he doesnt just beat guys, he batters and knocks out many of them. at this point theres no way mayweather can ever match what manny has done. pacquiao makes good, solid fighters look like bums. its awesome. i can hardly believe it. the man is a beast.

Could've easily stopped the fight in the latter rounds. Also, FYI.. you're right it is a catch-weight BUT it's at 150lbs compared to a WW limit of 147.

Beating the **** out of Marg is just another compliment in Pac's resume.

Name me a natural 140-147lb that can easily win against Cotto, Marg, Clottey, Hatton? (Besides Mayweather, who is an ATG himself.)

This is not including Pac's bouts in the lower divisions..

Too much hatin, not cherry pickin.

Well, we all knew someone would start one of these silly threads.

NO, he isn't top ten. He's a very, very good fighter who would be good in any era, but no........there are just too many who were better.
