I'd say Morales found a very successful way how to fight him too. Willing to trade with Pacquiao, take his shots to land his own, pushing Pacquiao back aswell.

It's pretty obivous why he wpould say that, seeing as only JMM has fought Pac to even terms in over half a decade.

I don't think it's fighters haven't figured him out, I just don't think most can execute the gameplan needed to beat Pac. Speaks volumes about Pac, although it can be argued he's not looking for opponents who can trouble him either.. Which is why JMM got the 3rd fight when he did after looking like he did.. but that's another discussion.

Bradley probably has him figured out.. Will he be able to execute the gameplan needed to pull off the win is the question.
