Haha. You fool. You completely missed the point. The reason he did that was to get the Scots on his side, i.e. against their traditional rivals -- the english -- one of whom he was fighting.

If I teach him a Belfast and Dublin accent we can call him anti-Celtic.

Funny video. That mustache is tragic though. Have fun beating another Top Rank punching bag Manny.

    Dear the people of Scotland

Please accept my apology for my recent racial behaviour on ESB. I should have sided with Karceno even though he is a complete bellend.

I offer my head as punishment

Manny never misses an opportunity to have a laugh. More than once my sessions punching the heavy bag have been interrupted by him firing water at me from one of the gym’s water bottles. He does it to get a reaction from me because he likes my Scottish accent. He must’ve seen the film Braveheart when he was preparing for his fight with Ricky Hatton and he realised that William Wallace had a similar accent to mine. Every time I saw him he would shout “Am Scoattish! Am Wulliam Wallace!”

I started correcting his accent and he became quite good at it. Eventually he perfected a wee speech from the film which should have finished “...fighting for freedom against the Englishman!” but for some reason Manny seemed to think that Scotland’s Wars of Independence had been against Canada and no matter how many times I corrected him he was always “fighting for freedom against the Canadians!” One media day at the gym I found myself shadow boxing between Manny and gym new boy, England’s Amir Khan with a load of English journalists in to cover Amir’s arrival. Manny couldn’t resist mucking around, soaking boxers and journalists with water and generally having a laugh and, for the first time, he’s “...fighting for freedom against the Englishman!” Glad you got it right this time Manny!!!
