The litigation case came to a settlement. Which means there's no "winner" or "loser". It means the accused, Mayweathers, created some contract with the accuser, manny pedquiao, whereby charges would be dropped under the settlement agreement.

Rumors are that Floyd paid manny money. But again those are rumors.

I don't see what the litigation has to do with anything. manny sued Floyd Mayweather for defamation of character. That has little to do with the PED issue we're talking about.

Morales - lost to ZR, but Pac fought the loser and LOST
ODLH - drained down to 147
RH - ruined by FMJ, no corner
MC - drained him to a catchweight
JC - fixed fight
AM - same fighter he fought his entire career, long layoff, gifted a belt, and Pac STILL drained him
SM - avoided him when there were any questions and faced him after he was long past shot
TB - beat him

Pac had a long decent list of accomplishments BEFORE he got up to 147. He blew it out of his ass when he started using that drug test ducking lie to make himself famous at Mayweather's expense. IMHO, Marquez is one of the greatest technical fighters of this generation. No shame in losing to him. Pac was stopped cold though. Because it was Pac's fraudulent a$$ though? It made it that much more meaningful.
