Why would Pacquiao duck Mayweather?

Pacquiao already has several losses, so he's not afraid to lose and I'm quite sure he'd fight whoever Arum put in front of him.

Maybe Arum did cause some problems, but Mayweather clearly created many obstacles to prevent the fight from happening and we all know how much he cherishes his '0'.

I'm not a fanboy of either fighter, but I'm more inclined to point the finger at Floyd.

So... you mean to say that when manny/roach make demands that are above and beyond the requirements of the NSAC, it's fair game. However, when Floyd makes such demands it's asking too much and "ducking/dodging".

But one still holds Floyd responsible when Floyd asked for one thing all along, random drug testing. The whole $$ split thing was a no-brainer anyway. Clearly manny/roach do NOT deserve any more than 33%, even before manny lost to Bradley.
