OH NO! What is this world coming to!!! The nerve of any business man pressuring Pacquiao, how dare they! The pressure is too much for poor humble Manny. The people's champ.

I'm not a hater, but it's quite clear that the only reason this fight hasn't been signed is because Pacquiao's fat money grabbing buddies have whispered a few things. He need's to man up.

Forget Schaefer. Bob Arum and even Pacquiao agreed on the initial 60/40 with Pac getting the Asia market revenue and Hatton the same in the UK. When Arum insisted on 50/50 for everything (favoring the less popular Manny Pacquiao), Team Hatton agreed. When Arum insisted on Las Vegas instead of a 80k stadium, Hatton agreed. When PacMan demanded more, Hatton agreed to 52/48, even though he would bring the more money due to the UK PPV numbers.

Nothing is enough for Pacquiao, but now he'll make $2M for Valero or half the money vs. Mayweather if he'll accept 40%. Schaefer and Arum are both on the same side. Pac gave his word on the initial agreement and then he backed out.

Maybe? maybe not... we don't know the whole story. Now that pac has spoken hope it gives people a better perspective why he didn't accept the fight.

To be really fair, 55-45 for Pac seems reasonable.

50-50 would have been very fair if Hatton were still undefeated. But since he has been KOed by PBF, I do not think there is that much brits who will be gravitated by Hatton to the US.

Pac is coming off a spectacular win and is P4P #1.

    Yes, 55 - 45 is just right.

The dude wanted 60/40. He kept raising the bar. That's why Ricky called it off. The truth is Oscar took 67/33 or something like that in his fight with Pacquaio, and that is why Manny is pissed. Can u blame him? Manny said they were pressuring him to sign the contract saying they had other offers to fight in the British Isles with a packed house in June. Manny has accomplished a lot in his career. He felt like he was being used just so others can profit off of him. He also said that Schaefer was being an impatient ***** all along the contract process. Manny believes Schaefer has a grudge against him from dealing with Manny in the past with the de la Hoya fight because Schaefer was being a ***** all along. I think u just can't blame Manny. There are two sides to the coin.
