That is because JMM can't get away with Roiding once again. That's why he was all downhill after that...

Pacquiao is the Mexicutioner because he completely inhaled the Mexican greats.

He pretty much gave MAB one of the most savage beatings you will ever see a great fighter in their prime ever receive. Its basically impossible to give a great fighter a bigger ass whopping.

Morales got destroyed. He was exhausted and breathing like there wasn't enough air in the world to fill his lungs.

Marquez was knocked from pillar to pillar and lost. Only beat Pac when Pacquiao was old and declined. Not to mention roids.

Pac did have a very good, solid chin.

The Marquez KO was a great shot towards the end of his career when he had many miles on the clock and had been on the slide for a few fights. His first KO loss he was a kid and the Singsurat KO was when he was weight drained and he jumped up three weight divisions immediately afterwards.

In between these KO's he took on some of the best fighters around and later on was often the much smaller guy. He also fought in a very agressive style. Despite this he was rarely dropped or significantly hurt. You don't do that without having a very good chin.

Pac was knocked out as a teenager, knocked out as a lineal champion, dropped by a ****en jab, knocked down in multiple fights before the HGH use, outboxed by Morales and Bradley, and knocked unconscious for 4 minutes by a man older than him. And according to Pac's fanatics, Marquez is guilty of using Roids while Pac and them Ariza shakes and rumored HGH are all but forgotten-by his fanatical fans. Cool story bro.

Hagler would ask for seconds. Plenty of people would have taken that shot. Pac was not one of them. It's amazing people think Zombie Pac beat Mayweather. Not bad for a dead guy.

Doug DeWitt had what was considered to be a granite chin. Took everything Tommy Hearns had for 12 rounds.
Met and beat guys like Robbie Sims, Tony Thornton, Don "Caveman" Lee, Milton McCrory, and Matthew Hilton. But he got KO'd three times, including a one punch brutal KO by Nigel Benn.

And he is still considered to have a granite chin.

Guys like Khan DO NOT have granite chins. A couple of KO's on a long and distinguished career doesn't less the fact that, in the middle of his career, Pacman had a granite chin. Might have lost it later on, but still at one time he was indestructible.
