"Gambling resource site SportsBettingDime.com have inserted the 42-year old Pacquiao as a -140 betting favorite (bet $140 to win back an additional $100) over the unbeaten Garcia 20 years his junior. The 22-year old Garcia is viewed as a slight +110 underdog (bet $100 to win an additional $110) for a superlight on which he has fixated for the duration of the new year."

It is for now as nothing official
But it’s rumored they are hammering out the logistics & details before proceeding to officially & properly announce it.

this is what happens when a kid sloppily handles his own promotions via social media ahead of his team.

    In fairness to Ryan though,
it might not be in the works with out his social media promos.

Oh ok. I read yesterday that Golden Boy came out directly and said the fight would not happen. But I guess they are not exactly the pillars of truth either haha.

The circle of a boxing career.
People were laughing at Manny before he fought Oscar.
The same happens now with Garcia.
It's the birth of a new superstar if the young man succeeds.

It’s a negotiating tactic ! He said ““There’s nothing to talk about there. They contacted us, but it turns out there’s nothing to talk about. That fight isn’t going to happen.”!

No, because Golden Boy said it.

I have never watched more than 5 secs of a YouTube boxing analyst in my life. The only times I have seen them is when I click a link for a fight replay and it was a bait and switch. Next thing you know some smooth brain sitting in his mom's basement wearing a fubu jersey is on my screen talking nonsense. A big no thanks for me.

What happened to the Tank call out with Tyson and Entourage guy? That fight interests me more than this one. Manny probably wins but it’s high risk low reward. Garcia has good speed and power and is a pretty tall guy but he’s still unproven. I’m hoping Manny fights Crawford before calling it quits. This fight is frivolous and I can’t imagine it would be as big as Garcia is banking on.

It’s a HUGE gamble for Garcia but the rewards will be unbelievable.

Ryan Garcia relies on his +1000psi punching power & reach, his big punch comes from a very solid bolted stance, it worked versus other smaller fighters, he thinks he can land it versus Pacman, we will see!

The odds seem fair, because Manny Pacquiao chance of dropping Ryan Garcia is higher, although it will be an +800psi punch mixed with fast lighter combos.
