    Manny Pacquiao - Proven juicer, cheater

    Panama Lewis - Loaded his fighters gloves

    Antonio Margarito - Loaded gloves

    Pac was caught in his living room with a needle in his arm that was hooked up to a drip feed with IV fluids.

    He also had ultra low T/E ratios consistent with steroid use in the Guerrero and Ortiz fights.

    panama lewis, im in the minority but i dont think margarito cheated vs cotto, i think they tried to cheat vs mosely which is still bad.

    pacquiao and PED's, I mean they pretty much all use I don't really hold it against him. he has a clean boxing style and isnt a fouling fighter, he really only won two controversial fights off the top of my head and they are Marquez 2 and 3

    I don't care, everyone was on something back then and even worse now. Margarito wasn't a cheater, his chin was finally cracked. Cotto was never a power puncher, don't let one fight fool you.
