I would rank Pacman #1 if we're talking about fan-wise.

Pac is not as popular as tiger woods, michael schumacher, leoni messi, ronaldo, michael phelps, Mike tyson, Nadal, Fedderah, Serena Williams, Shaq.

I could go on for ever. Worldwide pac is nowhere near as popular as these stars, boxing isn't even a big sport in europe or america in comparison to other sports like American Football, Tennis, Soccer, NBA

without Oscar and his popularity in the sport, Pacquiao would not be the star he is. Their fight is what made Manny a superstar. Plus it is supposed to be about a person's influence on boxing not their home country. I think this ranking is one where the author caught "Manny fever". Oscar has influenced boxing from the beginning of his career, to the present and beyond. Manny has only recently become influential and as soon as he retires, it will probably decrease dramatically.

Oscar wasn't as popular worldwide, but he was bigger in the US where the big money is.

The rankings aren't a popularity contest, but the person's influence on boxing. Get your heads out of ur butts Pacfans. Regarding total influence of boxing from top to bottom Oscar wins easily. This is not to discredit Pac at all.

I would also rank ODLH over Pac.
