Listen, Gayvis came in at 141 pounds from 130. We KNOW that he's draining himself. He's either the same height or half an inch taller than Pacquiao.

As demonstrated last night, lightweights are bigger than Pacquiao on fight night. Pacquiao was 148 on fight night against Broner. At 147, Pacquiao would only be 7 pounds bigger than Tank last night. And Tank will unquestionably be bigger than Pacquiao on fight night if they rumble.

Also, Dontae's Racist and Xenophobic Boxing Nation already said that Tank would KO and retire Pacquiao.

Gayvis called him out. Also said that he'd knock him out and retire him. The Pac from the Broner fight is only 7 pounds bigger than the Gayvis from last night.

Pacquiao gives up 16 years in age.

I'd love it but aside from "Broken Matthysse Hardy" it has been just shy of a decade since Pac knocked anybody out in their prime (Hatton) and nearly as long since he knocked out anybody period (Cotto).

That would be interesting.. Gervontaa would take the strategy from Floyd most likely. And Pacquiao would probably anticipate that. Which in some ways makes it a rematch of Mayweather-Pacquiao.

I think it comes down to whether Gervontaa's power translates at a higher weight against a bigger opponent. If he maintains the power he can catch Pacquiao on the counter and knock him out. But if the power doesn't stay there, he's in serious trouble and you'd expect Pacquiao to overwhelm him.

Gervonta Davis - Super Featherweight 130lbs

    Manny Pacquiao - Welterweight 147lbs

What's your suggestion? Davis can say whatever he wants, but you can't expect someone at Manny's age to drop down in weight. Davis would get battered if he went up to Welterweight, no chance of being a weight bully then.

Broner ate flush bombs from Mikey and Maidana and finished strong and marched forward against both. Pacquiao had Broner running for survival.

I don't think Tank has the same durability.

Pacquiao was 148 against Broner. Tank was 141 and change last night. If the fight took place at welterweight, Tank would weigh the same as Pacquiao or MORE. And Pacquiao would be giving up 16 years in age.

The size isn't the issue. It's if Tank will back up his words.

I see Pacquiao one punch KOing Tank or dropping him as many times as Tank can or is willing to get up.

No but he's better defensively (and just in general) than Broner.

Matthysse was a tattered shell of himself. Tank is peak of prime and has been in no wars, had no major long-term injuries, no copious amounts of scat tissue around his eyes...really not the same kind of circumstances as versus the Reptile. You really think styles alone favor Pac here THAT much?
