that would be a smart business move he gets guarantees of 20 mill plus on fights and also boxing is not his only job he has done well for himself and should sign anther contract and end his marvelous career with top rank.

and those who say he should leave to get the duckweather fight are out of their minds he will ask anther demand so forget that.....

    discuss.....

Yes, he can fight Bradley a third time, Marquez a 5th,6th,7th time, Provo a couple of times, maybe Rios again.

    Lots of options out there.

yes he is coming to the end of his career so he should maximize his profits while he can. 20 million dollar paydays are good while they last but you know whats better. 40 million pay days, i dont claim to know the ins and outs of boxing promoting but when your as big of as a star as pac is i dont think there is much work involved. im sure one of his close friends could manage him.

oscar would love to work with him and it opens alot of juicy fights for pac. as exciting as the pac-jmm fights were people have seen enough of it. the proof is in the pudding, his numbers have been on a steady decline. bobs a business man he does not give a flying **** about manny when manny stops making him money and with his current ppv sales thats becoming a very big possibility

    ideal situation for manny
    > leave TR and go solo
    > make big name fights with GBP fighters or Floyd
    > maxamize profit and potential legacy boosting by fighting broader opposition
    > ride off into the sunset

i dont know anyone on this forum that could legitimately defend bob arum. sure he is great for any up and comer looking to make a name for himself.. and pac has been a known name since he beat barrera all the way back in 2003, he has been a household name since he beat delahoya in 2008. he owes bob arum nothing, he allready earnt him millions and millions of dollars theres a reason why bob arums contracts arent CAREER contracts they are 2 or 3 years. you think loyalty means anything to bob arum ? if pac somehow became completely irrelevant bob arum would throw him to the trash heap, it aient personal its business

He might as well, even if he left he wouldn't get the Mayweather fight so what's the point? Guys like Khan, Maidana, Thurman and Porter would barely win a round, who wants to see that? I'd much rather watch Marquez 5 and maybe a fight against Provo.

provodnikov sounds like a good fight to me for sure but thats about it.

judging by most posters here and on facebook i think its safe to assume you are the minority who wants to see pac jmm 5 or any other recycled fight.

im sure pac would wipe the floor with alot of guys at GBP but some of them could cause real problems for him and atleast its fresh and exciting, also if its with GBP you know that undercard gawn be stacked to hell. and so many pac fans on this forum claim pac would equal or surpass the money floyd is making if the undercards were stacked. so really WHO LOSES ? pac gets record high paydays

boxing fans get great ppv cards that are worth purchasing

boxing fans get fresh new exciting fights (and bob arum recently said he is open to working with gbp so if he wanted 5th marquez fight ITS THERE)

Perhaps the dumbest move he could make. Why in the hell would he stay? Who does Arum have to offer for him to fight? Really THINK about it . . . do not act like a fanboy, be realistic.

And tell me how much Floyd makes? funny thing is Pac has style much more appealing for casuals and still dont make as much as Floyd, honestly if he was smarter he would have left long time ago, when he became global superstar he should have became his own man!
