Pac shadowboxes like that all the time. But if you play it in slow-motion, specially the 2nd vid, you can see those punches are full swings, fully extended, more so than most shadow boxing I see, specially that of Mosley. I agree when he does that thing where he sorts of flicks his hands in the middle, sort of rolling uppercuts he is not extending, apart from that though, his jab, hooks are full swings, just done so fast.

 

he may be lighter in the 2nd vid but those punches still look like they'd hurt like a ***** if you take one to the dome
