Minutes from Manny's tet a tet with Senator Reid:

Manny: An honor to meet you.

Senator R: Cut the bull****, Manny, I'm in a tight race with this tea party ****, I need you to deliver the immigrant votes

Manny: Consider it done...you wanna cut to the chase...you know I have this lawsuit **** in the Nevada courts with this criminal thug floyd mayweather...I don't need to tell you his whole clan don't like paying taxes and had voted republicans...anyway, I need your influences with the judges, yeah those judges you put on the bench over all them years, them judges you hold in your pocket like so many nickles and dimes.

Senator R: Well, well, well...and everybody told me you were just a dumb punk from the steets of Manila. I'll tell you what, you'll get your judge if I'm re elected.

Manny: No, I'll campaign with you but you deliver the judges whether you win or loose...Nevada voters are tired of your old tired ass...

Senator R: Why you little punk, you know who I am...I am senator Harry Reid...I was making out with cocktail waitresses in the casinos when you were still suckin' your mamma's dried out titties...

    Jinkee walks in...

Senator R: Ah, dear, what a pleasure and honor to have you and manny visit us...Manny has agreed to appear with me in my campaign speech to the large labor union for the support staff in nevada's entertainment and hotel business...

Manny got this, the lawsuit is a fait acompli.

I don't blame Pac for the lawsuit!!! Void, etc., have been lying about Pac for a long time and Void's fans are proving Pac's case. Void's fans are claiming the Pac is a drug addict and there is zero proof! They made it up.

problem is Mosley did use Peds and there was a damning testimony from the source of the Peds.

Pacquiao was never found to have used anything and the sources of the accusations were from a rival promotional outfit, and from a rival boxer who was trying to get a good deal in the negotiations table. Hmmm. looks pretty malicious to me.

You think boxing is all about punching the other guy in the face? lol. How can you punch the other guy when he is asking for $100M to step in the ring with you? Boxing is big business, Manny can earn millions on endorsement deals alone and he has to protect his reputation in order to get them

Slander is slander simple as & when your slander or libal someone you'd better be able to back it up if so challenged to. In the UK the slander laws are in place to actually protect free speech & opinion & yer can't have any ****er running his gob off without being held accountable for his statements when they've not a shred of evidence & especially when it has the commercial $$$$ ramifications.

The insinuator/accuser has to prove in their defence once challenged what they have insinuted has a basis of fact & if they can't then they are ****ed & rightly so.

I have no idea. That's not even relevant to my opinion on his chances of winning this case. This case boils down to Pacquiao's side proving that Mayweather Jr. made said accusations with knowledge of Pacquiao NOT being on steroids. Like me, Mayweather Jr. has no idea one way or the other as to Pacquiao's PED usage. Not only that, you could argue that Mayweather Jr. never even made any concrete accusations of PED usage concerning Pacquiao. Time will of course tell on this one, but I don't think Pacquiao has much hopes of winning.

It's a defamation suit. Not trying to find out if he was actually on PEDS. You don't seem to understand. Floyd saying that stuff is what they're alleging.

They actually have to prove they've suffered substancial financial losses as a result not that Floyd has 'said something'
