Actually this displays how like everyone said roach knew PAC wouldn't be ready to fight Floyd in march, his reluctance to take the blood test did two things, if he was using gave him time to get clean and secondly it gives roach extra time for PAC to get ready for a fighter he doesn't think he can beat. This just makes it clear that PAC never wanted fight maywesther in march and is scared shitless of Floyd
