He went up to 147 for De La Hoya, dont think he mentioned 147 prior to that considering he'd only just made his lightweight debut.

Pac has to move up to a full 154, and Martinez has to drop. I say it's fair considering Martinez has fought there before.
I don't think his title should be on the line at that weight, but I'm sure it would be.
Regardless if Pac could beat Martinez, be a huge accomplishment (depending how Martinez still looks against Cotto).
