Both fighters are great fighter...guilty of one thing...facing great fighters after a bad loss or pass prime...need i remind u both cotto n margarito took shellackings before he faced them, shane mosley hadnt won a fight in almost two years and o weight he never decisively beat marquez(his barney ross), hatton who got koed for the first time n locked sloppy in before facing him isnt all that great...mcclarnin often fought at catchweights non title fights against past prime greats and won but still has eleven losses...neither guy has beat a prime great or near great had great management and padded their records...as i alwats say its not always who you beat but when...kayoing a washup forty year old roy jones dnt mean much as beating him at 25 or 30...o yea didnt happen...you fools are delusional

    yawn, another ***** thread.

floyd beat ortiz who drew with peterson and quit against maidana.
floyd beat hatton who struggled against collazo at 147.
floyd fought marquez at catchweight and cheated him off the scales.
floyd ducked margo and fought baldomir instead. ducked cotto in 2008 and retired. ducked pacquiao when he took a long vacation.
floyd fights GBP only GBP in-house fights for the last 5 years.
    floyd beats up women.

    all of these are FACTS.

    merry christmas *****S! :thumbsup

He never really beat Marquez. Oscar was drained to death at 147, Roach knew he would be. Barrera is a good win. Morales was coming off a loss where he was dominated and very drained at 130. David Diaz was a C CLass fighter, who just got a gift against a past it Morales and got taken out in 8 against Holt

i dont recall even bringing up Mayweather but since you insist let me correct u...Mayweather beats guys after career defining or big wins..Hatton was undefeated only wuz dropped once in a 40 plus fight career n jus kayoed JLC when floyd beat him....prime...ortiz jus beat berto for floyds old belt in a fight of the year candidate in his prime...fact....Arum his team and even Cotto didnt want the fight at the time at 47, fact, Margarito had no big wins before wanting to fight Mayweather meaning no cash facts...other facts when mosley lost to Money he was coming off a huge win over Margo...when he beat Baldomir he was the true champ fact....beat the former champ in Judah prime...fact
...beat Castillo and Corrales in their prime Dc was undefeated fact....merry xmas pac ****

A super featherweight moves up to welter and cleans out the division and your reaction is "That's not good enough." :patsch

A Light Flyweight moves through the ranks winning titles up to welterweight and some people don't respect it.

what people dont respect is smoke and mirrors....u gotta be an idiot to think Morales and Barrera were in their prime when he beat them...also Morales already got dominated by Raheem before many beat him weight drained at 130...Cotto would have been an impressive win had he not already got beaten to a pulp by margarito immediately before, same goes for margo who got beat to hell by mosely, who in turn lost to Manny after not winning a fight in to years getting dominated by Mayweather n fighting a draw with Mora....how impressive...o forgot hatton had jus got kayoed by you know who n looked sluggish against lazcano oops o yea manny fought hatton after bad showings....notice a pattern, smoke n mirrors....say what u want about Mayweather but at least he fights guys after a huge win, not ass whoopings

ellerbe said that cotto was a non-draw and floyd instead retired from boxing and went to WWE to fight the big show.

floyd only fights GBP in-house fights for the last 5 years. cheated marquez of the scales and fought a maidana leftover.

LOL @ ***** haters, they're like roaches when it comes to degrading Pac FOTD career and achievements. Any fighter that loses a fight is leftover or shot to them, regardless whether they were fighting the best. Would have liked to have seen their reactions when the Fab Four were around and beating each other, knocking each other out.

Hatton looked sloppy? Fool, Malignaggi was one of his best boxing performances.
Hatton was undefeated at 140. Pac was the only fighter to beat him at his best weight.

Hatton's problem was Floyd Sr, **** overrated trainer who told him he was going to walk through Pacquiao and constantly turned up late to training to show how seriously he took the fight.

Cotto is great fighter, consistently fought the best. Pac was the only one he couldn't be competitive with for more than a few rounds, and Pac is the only fighter he faced who he hasn't beaten.

Margarito was past his best, coming off a bad loss, but before that he was one of the greatest welters of his era. He hit Pac with more punches than anyone since Pac's last loss to Morales and put him in a hospital bed to show he was still tough, even without plaster. Beating a that version weighing-in 6lbs less still beats ducking him at his best.

Mosley fight, well we all know he had 25 million reasons to take that fight. No figther in history would have passed up that payday. For all his wars he's given us fighting across 10 or 11 divisions, he was entitled to a gimme, escpecially as Floyd was on vacation and Marquez and Berto were the only other options.

And you say Pac hasn't beaten a prime great, yet he has, Barrera and Marquez, and Cotto could be one still... to go with all his other great wins, coming back from his KO defeats, to knock out much fancied champions in winning his first three titles as a big underdog, being the only guy to stop Morales, only guy to make De La Hoya quit after going up three divisions in one year to fight him, winning titles in five divisions over seven fights late in his career all the way up to JMW after having started at 108. What other fighter has done more spectacular things in his era?

If you think PAC cherry picked, how come no one else has done what he has done in boxing? Not that easy *****.

Yea Roach does degrade Pac's achievements too

'I saw the needle marks in his arms, I could tell Oscar was dead at the weight'
'We've seen your last 2 fights Margarito'
'We want to drain Cotto and weaken him'
'Hatton doesn't look very good, just looks like an unskilled brawler'

    :yep
