If Pac beats Hatton and shows that he is clearly better than Hatton at 140, then its KT from 1999-2001 in first and Pac in 2nd. PBF is overrated, prime Tszyu was better than PBF at 140 and Pac if he beats Hatton convincingly would be enough to show to me that he was better than PBF at 140 who's best win there was a shot Arturo Gatti. Other than that I don't really see who else could be considered.

    asero sounds like pacdbest....

how can pac be the best of the decade when he fights his first fight at 140 in 2009?

    so we just disregard 2001-2008?.....

For example, if SRR has fought only 1 fight that had lasted only 1 round at 154, he would still be the best JrMW of all time. Noone at JrMW would be better than SRR, regardless of how long he fought there or didn't fight there.

PS before the haters go all crazy, i am not comparing Pac to SRR, just giving an example.

If people believe he's the best that you claim him to be, then good..if people think otherwise, then it's there opinion..

The point is..let pacman build his own legacy and greatness inside the ring, his accomplishments as a fighter speak for itself anyway..forcing the issue will only justify all the doubters claim..

He doesn't overtake Hatton merely by beating him.

you dont always talk bull****, are you stoned and having a laugh?

its the same as saying hatton will be p4p no1 if he beats pac

Hatton has bossed the division for a solid 4 to 5 yrs

Pacman has yet to fight in the division and if he wins 1 fight with 7 months of the decade remaining he will be the best 140lber this decade!!??

Pac is a lb 4 lb fighter

    Hatton is the 140 king

Jones is rated as the best 168 fighter H2H!!!!

The common consensous is that Calzaghe is, IMO anyway. But Prime Roy would school him we all know that.

By your reasoning Asero, Ray Leonard was the best MW of the 1980's???

If Pac beats Hatton, Bradley and the Survivor of Kotelnik-Khanvs.Ortiz-Maidana winner (he won't have to worry about fighting his sparring partner and friend 'cause it ain't ****in' be Khan that's winning anything) then yes, I would say he was the best 140lber of this decade.

I think Tszyu did a lot of good work in the 90's. I would say Hatton is the best 140lber of this decade, would've been Floyd, but who did he fight at the weight? Gatti?

If Hatton beats Pac and then Bradley, Hell, if he beats Pac then Marquez, if he beats Pac and retires, it doesn't matter-WITH A WIN OVER PAC HATTON WILL BE THE BEST 140LBER OF THIS DECADE.

Asero, you are the worst thread starter of ANY DECADE.
