Pac destroying floyd is like a windwalk in the list. But having to surpass SRR can't be.

I cant wait for March 13th because when Pac loses, I want to see if some of his fans can be humble. I have been around boxing a long time and have never seen fans trying to push a fighter to the greatest of all time. I seen Salvador Sanchez, Roberto Duran, Sugar Ray Leonard, Hagler, Hearns, Pryor, Aguello, Benitez, Roy, Tito and the list could go own. I have been around die hard fans but some Pac fans are unbelievable. The fans of the fighters that I mentioned were never in such a rush to put their fighter above all the greats. I did not mention Louis, Robinson, Pep, Marciano, Jack Johnson, Ali, Micheal Spinks, Larry Holmes (who held the heavyweight title for at least 9 years), and were fighting in 15 round fights. All that pound for pound and greatest of all time is subjective anyway. All I see is, Pac vs Robinson, Pac vs Leonard, Pac vs Duran, and Pac vs Pryor, etc. Guess what, we will never know, give it a rest and respect the past greats.

No one can surpass Sugar Ray Robinson.

He was a massive underdog against DLH, and pre-fight, both Hatton and Cotto, nobody was picking the winner with any great certainty (apart from fanboys).

Despite whatever the bookies are saying, against PBF he will be the underdog again.

His resume, not just on paper, but the actual fights themselves are classics stretching back many years now.

It goes both ways. Because Manny is fighting now and not back in the day doesn't mean you can't give him his dues. If, and it's a big if, he beats PBF, he will without doubt belong among the ATG's.

How many fighters in the P4P top ten got knocked out in their 28th fight. The fight against
Medgoen Singsurat counts. Anyway you want to spin it it's still on his resume. Did SRL get knocked out against Benetiz in his 28th pro fight. Did Duran get knocked out by Buchanan in his 28th pro fight.

Pacquiao was not an underdog against Hatton and Cotto. What the **** are you smoking? I picked Pac to KO Cotto in 5. And I wouldnt consider myself anywhere close to a fanboy

If he beats Floyd he is a top 15, maybe top 10 ATG but the greatest fighter ever no way. Just look what Harry Greb and Ray Robinson did. Still clearly better than the outstanding resmue of Pacquiao.

erm, I didn't say he was, read the post before you post. I said he was underdog against DLH, and noone pre-fight could pick a winner with any great certainty against Hatton and Cotto.

If, and its a very big if that he manages to pull it off against Floyd you can argue that he belongs in the bottom end of the top 10. He will crack the top 15 for me.

    Number 1? No chance.
