Again, Hatton was undefeated by the time he fought Mayweather. The fight was called ''Undefeated''. Of course it was gonna grew some attention.

What was you're oppinion of Khan right after he lost? or Prince Naseem after Barrera defeated him?

Lets say Hatton defeated Mayweather and Pac climbed up in the p4p ranking and him and Hatton fought when Hatton was still undefeated. It would match beat the UK PPV sales if not beat it.

In boxing, undefeated records sells as much as sex does.

About the Bronze/Silver confused, just shows you that only nr. 1 gets remembered.

Only 2 on that list are non American citizens. Margarito was born in California and Cotto was born in PR which makes him a citizen also.

Your response has so many holes in it i don't know where to begin, or where I would even start.

You state that if mayweather lost to hatton and pac was to fight an undefeated hatton at a later date, then Pac would have broke the UK ppv records.

Yet didn't you just say previously that it is mayweather who is living off pac fame? You don't see the irony in your example?

You need Hatton to have beaten mayweather in order for pac to break the UK sales. So who is living off whose name?

Had Hatton beat Mayweather, Floyd would have been irrelevant in the Hatton - Pac fight. Cause it would be just Pac fight the best possible contender.

Floyd came back from a retirement and choose to fight Marquez from 2 divisions lighter. who else in that division could he fight to get the same attention as he got from Marquez? He even announced it in the Pac fight.

Either we're on the same page or we are not.

If you want to rank them go ahead. The greatness of their story is subjective, and so are their achievements. I just think they are all great so I don't try to make sweeping comments like ATG of all time or best story of all time.

Chávez finally retired in his twenty-fifth year as a professional boxer with a record of 107 wins, 6 losses and 2 draws, with 86 knockouts, and a reputation as one of the best boxers of all time. He holds records for most successful consecutive defenses of world titles (27), most title fights (37), most title-fight victories (31), and most title defenses won by knockout (21). Chávez also has the longest undefeated streak in boxing history, 13 years.

In a career that spans five decades, Duran went on to be the WBC Lightweight Champion, WBC Welterweight Champion, WBA Light Middleweight Champion, WBC Middleweight Champion and WBA Junior Middleweight Champion. His lights-out right punch has stopped opponents from Esteban De Jesus, to Dave y Moore, to Sugar Ray Leonard.

No Duran is the greatest lightweight of all time who moved up to beat the second best Welter of all time after 70 fights. Then moved up to 160 to lose a raor thin decision to a top 3 greatest middle of all time! What has Pacquiao done to even come close to this achievement. Forget alphabet belts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My point was, you come with a reply comment about being great and you bring Duran's and JCC's childhood stories.

then you say not to discredit Pac, when thats exactly what you did. Intentionaly or not.

You could have mentioned Sugar Ray Robinson or Henry Armstrong.

Pacquiao took a fight with 2 weeks notice to fight the super bantamweight champion and then beat.

    Barrera
    Morales
    Marquez
    Hatton
    De La Hoya
    Cotto
    Margarito

    In an awesome fashion.

    To name a few.

yea lets forget the ABC titles for a bit.
