^^Agree Fighting from 106 to 150 lbs at pro is a great feat already!!! Never mind a flyweight beating the once 'most feared man on the planet". Forget the ABC titles if that's what joyboys want.
Context! Read the quote I brought up. The poster suggested Pac has one of the greatest stories because he turned pro at age 16 to help his mother during to extreme poverty in childhood. I don't make blanket statements because I'm more of a fan of the sport than individual fighters. What Pacquiao did is 100x more than what most boxers in history has done, but he isn't the only one. Consider him being part of an elite group. The fact that I brought up the stories and putting alongside other greats shows the respect I have for him. Have you followed the stories of other fighter besides Pacquiao? Do you think he has the greatest story in boxing of all time? You can try and rationalize it if you'd like.
Pacmans father left them when he was 6, his mom cant find a job. at the age of 14 he was nobody...worked on the street selling stolen cigarettes.
Pac is a tool of promoters and sanctioning bodies. His promoter history is legendary and I need not explain it, everyone knows. And the dude has spent his whole career fighting ABC eliminators, for ABC INTERNATIONAL belts, and for ABC belts at catch-weights. Not cool.
