According to the site that talks boxing, Pacquaio will be filing a lawsuit against those mentioned for libel and slander.

Jesus Christ...this **** is getting ridiculous.

    no he isn't

the only case he may possibly have is against sr., but even that is iffy. sr. is allowed to give his opinion.

jr. and GBP have not stated anything other then they want random blood testing. that in no way is slandar.

the only thing that will happen is manny will look even worse than before. going from refusing to agree to random blood testing to now filing lawsuits is a joke. it's ashame to see this guy destroy his own legacy in a matter of days.

All the little ***** has to do is take the test. I can't believe the nerve of this mothe****er turning down 40 million because of a drug test.

i think he has the right to sue them for going into the media and press trying to portray pac as a doper. he has a case against floyd sr., imo.

Your allowed to say whatever you want but what you say comes with a cost. Sr or anyone in boxing throwing around his possible use of PED with nothing to go by can be sued for slander since you are in the same field as PAC. When your a trainer or boxer and claim something like that to the press your just asking for a suit.

This is a civil suit. All his law team has to prove is that there was an intent to slander or ruin his name.

    Pacquiao is damn right here

All we read in boxing forums is Pac steroids , pac drugs PAcs name linked with being a steroid user and cheater based on Mayweather rumour

The guys political career could crash because of this not to mention his name brand worldwide!!!

He will win in court surly YES Floyd SR came back and said it was only his opinion which is legal however his OPINION got worldwide press and now they are goinging further

thiis can be worth a few mill to freddy and Pac all they have to do is screenshot all the boxing sites and even record radio and tv adverts,

Pacs name has been muddied quite clearly with no evidence whatsoever !!
