I'm not a lawyer either, but I can google...haha. Real talk...they say that a person can give an opinion as long as they did not have malicious intent. It was all with in the conversation of athletics and today's athletes juice. I don't see anything malicious about the statement. He said what he felt...what a few people it seems to now unfold feel actually.

    Well no,

You cant compare youself to PAC. If you think its all about the money, pac can take the test win or lose he get the money.

Same thing can be said to floyd. If floyd drop the test and the fight is on, he is also getting the money. Insist on the test and the fight dont happen.

I though floyd is about money? come on floyd drop the test, its not gonna prove anything, why let the $30-40 millions fly away? It is indeed suspicios as hell, it seems like floyd is ducking, yeah?

    Same **** isnt?

This is even more stupid....He is not going to win a slander lawsuit in court...his case is weak....Manny please just take one blood test.....I understand roach's concerns, but a lawsuit is plain dumb...

I seriously didnt expect this, genius move by team Pacquiao, now the Floyd's people has their backs against thew all

    Rd.1 - 10/9 Pacquiao (calling floyd's March13 bluff)
    Rd.2 - 10/9 Mayweather (Steroid accusation)
    Rd.3 - 10/8 Pacquiao (Lawsuit)

Pac is way ahead as of now.:happy:happy:happy

That is what I believe which I stated in my previous posts. It is one thing if Floyd Sr. stated I saw Pac do roids or I know someone who saw Pac do roids. To my knowledge, all Floyd senior stated that something aint right, he is on something. Believe me he is no dummy, he has lawyers and stuff to advise him what to say. There is a big difference in someone making an accusation or opinion.

In court, your own actions, like refusing random drug testing is taken into consideration when you're accused of something. PAc's actions are adding to the suspicions.

Its not just 1 blood test, its 5-6 blood tests through out the entire training which can include a test on the day of the fight before it.

You almost never win a slander lawsuit in court...it has to be pretty harsh to win, especially with that little thing called freedom of speech....This is just stupid by team pacquiao....

his case for DLH does seem weak though

It's all over the world. It's jeapordized hundreds of millions of dollars and done untold damage to pacquiao and his image.

Has it gotten big enough for you?

You keep saying it is Floyd's terms, it is not. It is the Olympic testing people who regulate the random testing. Think of it as your company hires a contractor for training. The contractor sets up the schedule for the training. It is not Floyd.

I'm trying to see this both sides...I understand giving blood 5-6 times is dumb...I personally think pacquiao is clean to proven otherwise...I've had blood test for many medical conditions and it does weaken you, that's a legit concern....

However a random screening 1-3 weeks before fight time is not a big deal...that's where mayweather needs to give a little...
