Its one thing to have speculation like DLH has but its another thing to blatanly accuse someone of taking steroids like your boy has.

Pauli must be shitting in his pants.

It is his term since he choose them. They want other testing agency.

These baseless accusations has obviously had an effect in his earning potential, with a $30-40million payday going down the toilet because of it and GBP saying they won't do business with Pac again unless he agrees to Olympic style testing.

**** I hope this is true and court finds in his favor and sends those crackheads bankrupt. I hope he files suit against Malignaggi too.

I could make a campaign about a political leader, and say how bad he is and how he supposedly negotiates with terrorist.....and they wouldn't win **** in court...his reputation may take a hit....but I still can exercise freedom of speech....after all, manny pacquiao is a semi-political leader:good

And try and define WHAT EXACTLY is the damage in a court of law....good luck on that one....mayweather's defense kills their case bad...

The problem is that Team Floyd wants to use USADA and USADA says they will do what they do. However words is out they may or may not test 2 days before. I'm not sure on this, but before when Roach confronted USADA they said they can't guarantee anything since its random and no one is privy to that knowledge.

So Arum asked to use a different agency that will give Pac 5 days or whatever before the fight. Team Floyd declined and will not change from USADA.

Now word is out that GBP wants to go into arbitration to maybe change the agency...? But its too late now, Pac is angry.

Yeah but we all know that May Sr has a agenda when he throws out the steroids accusation:lol:

But I think its going to be really hard to prove to the courts that any of the defenders had any malicious intent with their words. Floyd can say he has nothing to gain and every thing to lose by Manny reputation being sullied. This potential fight is based on Pacquiao being the good guy and Floyd being the Villian. That goes out the window if Manny is believed to be a cheater.

Snr wants revenge for his two losses. That's intent enough alone. Now throw in the crazy talk with this fight. All's fair in hyping a fight, but where do we draw the line?

it's in floyd terms because it's his demand based on his father's allegations. well i am reading in another article that arum had been in cotact with the Nevada commission if they could moderate this impasse. this way, there is no preferred testing organization. the new protocol would be disussed if floyd and GBP agrees. would floyd and his camp still question the Nevada commission?

I think I clearly stated that but it will still be a ***** proving that in a court of law

No way in hell he has a chance against Floyd Jr

No his refusing to be randomly tested and want to know when he is being tested is ****. He has no one to blame but himself. As I stated also, if he goes through with this lawsuit. He better hope him and all his posse are clean. You have Ariza, Arum, and Roach who are going to be brought into the crossfire. Because one of the defense's goal is to destroy the credibility of Pac and his crew. And believe me, you dont want lawyers and investigators in your ****. Trust me, been there done that. And you run the risk of opening some other ****. I say it is easier to do the testing and get paid.

I don't know how its gonna play out, but there was a lot of mud slinging by Team Mayweather. This is world wide now, it's not just between a couple of guys. It has leveraged and lost possibly the biggest fight in history, all because of one crackhead drug dealer.

It will be interesting to see however it plays out.
