This according to the latest edition of ESPN Magazine. He's actually tied with Alex Rodriguez @ $32,000,000. It states that this is only thier base salary's and does not include endoresement deals or in Pac's case, revenue from PPV sales.

Don't be so quick to count that one. It came from Arum!

When you start seeing his face on the bags, then you can count it.

(And don't get me wrong, I think Pacquiao is the hottest endorcement deal on the planet since Miley Cyrus, who I think in 2010 generated over a billion dollars in economy. Yes over a billion dollars.)

ESPN only listed the base salary's of each athlete. Not including endorsements, bonuses, etc....

pretty sick numbers, there is a huge difference how much elite level superstars make in boxing compared to the guys who are elite yet not superstars look at pac and then look at donaire vs montiel, or martinez.

This is why I laugh when I see MMA/UFC haters bashing the sport because of how little Dana White pays his fighters, when in reallity, only maybe 1% of boxers make multimillion dollar paydays. The rest make just as little as the up and coming UFC fighters.

1% of MMA fighters are recognized and they still make pennies compared to boxing stars.
