Its also a shame that Marquez could only afford a draw against the one dimensional Pac the first time. And now, Pac has improved tremendously. He now has a very potent right hook, his footwork has improved, same with his head and body movements, and he's also smarter now, he has also worked on his defense a little bit.

So JMM's gonna have his hands full on March 15th. Especially since, unlike the first fight where he only had to deal with Pac's left, now he's gonna have to deal with Pac's right as well. He's dealing with someone who now packs dynamite in both hands. Oh and I urge you to watch JMM's fight again against those southpaws. You'll be surprised at how much he gets tagged by those guys' straight lefts. Imagine Pac doing that to him who, as you've said, is on another level than those fighters.

 

Pac's so called improvements have been debated here on ESB quite a bit.
There are those, myself included that are the belief, that due to styles, Pac's now more conservative and patient style will actually benefit JMM who has been at that particular game all his career.

A reckless wild Pac means it's harder to guage that type of an offense, especially early when Pac is at the height of his energy.
A more relaxed Pac means more of a chess game, and I cant begin to tell you how that benefits JMM!

.....once Pac starts off in that mode and starts to get disected over the first several rounds, its not going to be easy to just turn the switch and want to be the more wild Pac dynamo full of energy.
.....once the momentum has shifted a certain way, its damn hard to shift it another!

By smarter, I meant Pac would fight with controlled aggression like what EM does. I didn't mean he would fight like a boxer and be very tactical and technical.

A more relaxed and improved Pac for me is more dangerous than the more gunslinging, wild swinging, ONE DIMENSIONAL Pac that JMM fought in the first fight. JMM was able to contain Pac at that time and afford a draw because JMM figured out Pac's one dimensional, all out aggressive style. This time Pac would have JMM thinking on what he would do next and I don't believe JMM is better for it. One of the predispositions of man is to work better when theres not much to think about and have it all figured out. The more complex the work is, the harder it is to do and finish. And I don't think JMM is an exception to that rule. His past fights certainly hasn't showed anything that would say otherwise.

 

JMM chin is soft as a clay....i think after March 15, 2008, marquez will surely be fasting, coz his jaw will be split in to two piece....

 

If it becomes a thinking man's fight, where one fighter tries to outsmart the other and Pac wins the battle of the thinking caps......straight out, my 28 years of being an avid boxing fan have come to nothing!

JMM UD. He will simply outbox Pacman.

 

Me also cannot see JMM winning by decision unless it is a total shutout like Winky-Trinidad(very impossible to do) .. His only chance is koeing Pac (also nearing impossible). I see Pac winning either by Decision, Ko or TKO.

 

This will pacs most difficult fight. In the end I see him winning by ko/tko in the late rounds.
