When comparing apples to apples yes.... unlike you didnt think morales was shot after losing a pretty loppsided unevetful fight like you do... he got outboxed in that fight, and took minimal damage at135lbs... And to me the win overem in the rematch was better then beating past prime MAB in the first fight because......idk......Morales beat Pacquaio?:think
I've always maintained the same exact opinion as you on these subjects except I think Barrera may have been absolute prime. Barrera's comeback decisive victory over Morales in the 3rd fight put a nail on it I think. It was just a tough style matchup for Barrera. It happens.
He might have been closer to prime, but he was not a prime 122 pound version of barerra, but a faded morales was the only one of the 2 to actually beat Pac at his peak, which is why i think pac beating em in the rematch has more weight then pacs first win over mab imo...
I'm being serious here and not trying to be a douche, but I cannot follow your train of though here and in various discussions in the past as well.
To make a long story short i totally, tottally, absolutely disagree with the greatness you put on those pac wins given the circumstances that ive given... but, but, but. Was a 29 year old "prime"Vargas a great win for Mayorga?
Plz answer the question tinman....get some heart for crying out loud, was a 29 year old "prime" vargas a great win for Mayorga?? I know what your thinking" what does this have to do with anything", but just answer the damn question.
I respectfully disagree with your opinion... he was burnt out man, he needed a break from the sport not to forget all the distractions he had going into that fight....i dont think its that great imo.... had he beaten barerra 2-3 years earlier, then no doubt it would be a great win imo..
Me too... as this thread is about sanchez and pacquaio... youre the only one i think that spoke their names in this thread!:conf
