Manny Pacquiao vs Antonio Margarito - Film Study

I was surprised to see that nobody had hit "Like" on this post yet, thing had me cracked up. Great writing, but why'd you have to do the poor fellow like that ("waddles in", "breathing difficulties", "spitting all over himself")?

 

Haha, it's in my nature I suppose, can't abide those who don't understand tongue in cheek comments or sarcasm. Take for instance the recent Audley Harrison threads, have a read through the serious responses calling the guy 'Fraudley' and trash etc.

For what it's worth, I had Manny beating Horn. The schoolteacher fought out of his skin, though. (Horn vs. Chacon would've been some alias matchup, would that natural size had allowed.)

 

The irony about this fight is that it was the 1st fight back for Margarito on American soil after the handwrap controversy with Shane Mosley.
The Ameican press and HBO made a big stink about it and had the camera's rolling to videotape Margarito being handwrapped.
During the time with fighters were in the dressing room pre-fight and all eyes on Margarito, Freddie Roack made a big stink about Margarito having some powder put on his drink.
Roach went into this whole commotion about Margarito not being allowed to drink anything but water, and that the powder poured on his drink was some type of illegal stimulant.
Roach literally took this act from the book of Nazim Richardson, because as we know fighters can drink anything they want in the dressing room before a fight, its in the fight between rounds where fighters are only allowed water and in some jurisdictions they can have Pedialyte or a sport drink like Gatorade.
That whole shenanigans started by Roach in Margarito's dressing room was a front to disguise what was going on in Pacquiao's own dressing room where Pacquiao's hands were being illegally wrapped.
Pacquiao's hands were wrapped in what is called "stacking" where tape is applied, guaze, then tape again. As well, rolled up pieces of tape were being placed in-between Pacquiao's knuckles, an act Roach vehemently argued against when Pacquiao fought Delahoya.

Don't quote me, quote Nazim Richardson, Bernard Hopkins and Freddie Roach......according to them, the way Pacquiao wrapped for Margarito literally creates a cast like fist, when a fighter gets hit by it, it feels like you're getting hit with a bat.

Throughout the years Margarito's face has been a magnet to getting hit clean by shots from fighters much bigger and harder punching than Manny Pacquiao, but it is Pacquiao that literally breaks his orbital bone to pieces and causes permanent damage to Margarito's eyesight.

Take that factual information and film study it!!!
