And I know alot of people who also won't. I have a feeling this fight will get cancelled.

If Pac fights JMM or Juan Diaz, I'll buy the fight

If Pac were to fight Juan Diaz, and then unify against David Diaz, then I would buy the fight.

:good I agree mate! It's annoying that the right matchups arent being made (so far) for 2008, considering what a great year it has been for boxing, this should have been a springboard for more of the same....

He wont ruin it for me, and as for the HW matchups, I couldnt care less what goes on there, until Haye and Povetkin start making more noise anyway. But Im sure the fights that should get made will do, so heres to hoping 2008 will be just as good as 2007!:good

Id also like to see Berto step up the comp some more, I dont think Haye v Mac will get done, unless he wants to starve himself some more! Also, Id actually like to see Joe fight Dawson as well, other than that, I agree with all your matchups, Id also like to see Khan take a another big step up, after Earl that is, possibly Katsidis late 2008!?

Even Juan Diaz? I admit, JMM is who he needs to fight right now, but Juan is just as big a challenge IMHO. Fighting either of these guys deserves respect, but it should be JMM first, Diaz after.

Personally I think Pac should finish off 130 first, like you say, JMM and then Guzman, only then should he move up in weight, it leaves too many unanswered questions if he vacates the division now, also, I think he would get demolished by the baby bull, for what its worth!

This is such a letdown. So many good fights out there for Pacman to take and him and arum chose the least credible of all the available opponents.

I'm not disappointed in Pacquiao for taking a tune-up title holder for his first fight at Lightweight.

If you compare with someone like say Floyd, i thought it was normal for Floyd to fight Demarcus Corley as a first fight at 140. I'm simply saying i won't pay for it. However if Pac follows up his win over David Diaz by fighting some nobody and then a cheap belt holder (or something like that) like Floyd did with Bruseles and Gatti, then I will be dissappointed.
