To beat Tito, Floyd would have to be bigger and stronger for success like Oscar, Winky and Hopkins were. Floyd brittle hands and low output...not good.

Tito was much more accurate, had much better timing, more power, and threw shorter punches than Margarito. Only fighters with really good jabs, and good defense could beat a prime Tito. A fighter like Pacquiao is tailored made for someone like Tito.
No one had better timing than Tito. Tito times Pacquiao like Marquez, Torrecampo, Singsurat did, and puts him to sleep longer than Marquez did.
