For moving up so much in weight? Pacquiao beat most of his opponents (Hatton, Mosley, Cotto, ODLH) when they were either disadvantaged or after Mayweather had beaten them. Now beating someone with a loss doesn't make it bad, but with Hatton, he became a depressed drug addict after losing an extremely hyped yet dominating fight by Floyd. Mosley was even older when he fought Pac. Cotto was visibly weight drained and could hardly stand. At 154 he was significantly healthier. ODLH had not fought at welterweight at what, 7 years? He was slightly younger and much more hydrated at 154. Yeah Pacquiao has Barrera, beat Ledwaba with little pro experience, and wartorn Morales, but Mayweather has Corrales, Castillo 2x, Jesus Chavez, undefeated Ricky Hatton, made Marquez look foolish, Canelo, and Pac himself.
Just my $0.02. TBH I can't really see an argument for Pacquiao's resume being greater. Just being friendly, though.

The poll asked who has a better resume, not who's a better boxer, or basketball player, or politician, or better overall. :patsch Calm down gramps. And Pacquiao lost a lot of those fights too. :patsch

Resume alone, I think it's better than Floyd's. Of course they fought competition under different circumstances but still, Pac's volume alone is arguably enough to AT LEAST tie with Floyds (assuming he fought decent opposition).

    Resume: Pac > Floyd
Legacy: Pac = Floyd (HIGHLY debatable)
    Fighter: Pac < Floyd

I agree same way duran has a far better resume than lenny he was smaller and even moved up to fight barkley among other things

Pac is the smaller fighter which makes what he done even more amazing

he came from 106 to 154

so basically what pac is doing in welterweight would be equivalent to floyd fighting at 160

Pac have more accolades and achieved more yes
