You still don't get it....PAC never win in fantasy fight. PAC already beat Barerra but in a fantasy fight he would still get whoop by Barerra.

Napoles was just a better fighter than Pacquiao. More technically skilled, better defense, better footwork. He'd outclass and out-time Pacquiao and start to really soften him up in the middle rounds. I think he'd either win a very clear decision or a late round stoppage.

There is an outside chance of a Pacquiao cuts stoppage because of Jose's skin.

You're not giving napoles enough credit. Napoles KO PAC in 1.

I would want to see this fight. Two great fighters who do their best at mid-range.

Napoles is a beast at 147. Who would I pick to beat Napoles at 147? Trinidad, Leonard and Robinson. No one else.

(Just noticed that I picked a trio of brilliant left hookers there).

Napoles was a great boxer, I watched his fight with curtis cokes recently again and he was slick as hell, good technical boxer, upper body movement, great jab.
But Pacman is pretty good as well, Im stuck on this but a guy like napoles does well in fantasy matchups based on his style. I would go with napoles md/sd because of him being slick having a good right hand and more proven at welter than pac. But it will definitely not be an easy fight for him.

He's truly brilliant to watch isn't he? One of the most fluid styles I've seen, each move melts into the next. I can't think of another fighter with that sort of fluidity in his defence, punching, and footwork.

Trinidad has a chance slice his skin with his sharp, accurate blows while being behind on the scorecards - is that you're line of thinking too? ...and I think Roberto Duran, Thomas Hearns, and Luis Rodriguez would be extremely difficult styles for Napoles to handle, along with several others.
