Wow, that is a tough fight to pick. Need to give that one some thought. It really could go either way.

Honeyghan at his best would have been physically too much for Pac this high in weight.lloyd was a huge brute of a Welter and very fast of hand and foot.Easily as quick against Rosi or Curry as Manny was against Cotto, Clottey and much stronger.

Both only had a brief period where they were worth talking much about at the weight.Pac naturally declining due to age and being undersized to begin with-his accomplishments there really much more impressive in a P4P sense than in how he would actually match up against the very good and great Welters historically-, and Honeyghan convincing himself he was a huge puncher(instead of just the very good one he actually was) and abandoning his more rounded style in favour of all out swarming which saw him take a prime ending beating at the hands of Starling, a fighter that feasted on come forward aggression unless it was of the cultured all-time great variety.

Manny of the Cotto\Clottey bout vs Curry circa Rosi\Curry\blocker would be a very good fight, but i see Pac as physically outmatched here and the more likely to be hurt and worn down of the two.The opposite of what would likely happen if we were talking a best vs best scenario.

Pac of the last 4 years who some seem to think is still a great fighter would have been horribly overwhelmed.
