I have no problems with a fighter like Pacquiao in this stage of his career to take easy paydays.

well once when he was signed to fight bradley his contract ran out and for the first time (remember this was during pac v floyd negotiations aswell) pac did not immediately re-sign

then pac bradley happened who do you think organised that robbery .. was it maybe bob arum afraid his cash cow was going to walk away onto bigger and better things and being the salty man he is trying to lessen the hype by giving pac a "Loss"
