Prime for prime @ 147, who wins?

We're talking about both men being healthy at 147, not a bloated Pacquiao and not a drained Oscar. Both in their prime age and athleticism.

Pacquiao is all wrong for Oscar De Le Hoya. Pacquiao beats him at birth, as teenagers, as geriatrics, and in the next life.

prime oscar beats him. in his prime oscar had the legs to box on his toes and had great movement, he also had a piston like jab and the reach to use it effectively against the smaller pac man. most pac****s and phlomos only know the oscar that they saw when they started watching boxing, which was less than 10 years ago.

Pac cannot be prime at 147, that's an oxymoron.
