as great as pac is, everybody has their limits, fighting a freak like paul williams is just going too far.

 

Williams is the only welter I could comfortably pick against Pacquiao.

Even Pacquiao has his limitations and a 6'1 welterweight with the reach of a heavyweight is beyond those limits.

 

Would be a very intersting fight but ultimately Williams wears Pac down and stops him or takes a comfortable UD.

The only real chance Pac has is if Williams finds it difficult boiling down to 147.
