I don't see any clear precedents for a Williams win, though there is many for a Pacquiao win. Good tall boxers who don't know how to use their size against truly great smaller boxers? History says Pacquiao.

And Williams can? Pacquiao is at his best at mid range. He's not a long range fighter and, oddly, neither is Williams. That poses a problem for Williams because the fight would be at middle range for Pacquiao and short range for Williams because of the difference in reach.

Pacquiao at middle range - Perfect.
Williams at short range - Not ideal.

And, again, there is no precedent of a fighter like Williams beating a fighter like Pacquiao.

 

Williams by k.o. but Pac by U.D. is very possible.
