PBF isn't overrated it's a Pac who's overrated. Limited fighter who can't adjust who won't fight guys with quick hands quick feet and who have defense. PBF is light years more complete than Pac.:deal

Williams is the second toughest fight for pac right behind Floyd. emmanuel would have to throw his punches higher which compromises his leverage and reduces power.
