I've seen the Duran fight, the Hearns fight, Campanino and Remezay. He's a slugger, mostly throws wide punches from his waist that Pac would see coming a mile away and is so open up the middle you could land a beachball in there. Also, in terms of speed he doesn't come close to Pac.

His only chance is a hail mary punch, and Pac has proven he can take a bomb or two at WW anyways.

Pac stops him in 8 or 9 and probably wins almost every round.

No doubt, PHILLA. In regards to Manny's ability to compete at 147lbs...he's man handled good fighters there. Cotto and Clottey are strong Welterweights...Manny dominated them both. From what I've seen of Cuevas, I feel he'd have a hell of a time trying to time Manny. The size disparity couldn't really be any greater.

Of course man, this forum is filled with chicanos that like to pick against pac because he beats all of thier fighters. I remember he is always picked against chavez and sanchez, chavez did nothing at 147 and he's naturally 20 pounds heavier than pacquiao.

The bombs he has taken at WW are nowhere near as strong as a bomb from Cuevas...Like i said, he does have a chance to win on points or late TKO, but if he gets caught early by one of Cuevas' bombs, it's over...maybe not by the first one landed, but you can bet your ass he will be hurt and eventually caught again. Now if were talking about a Post-Hearns Cuevas, thats a diffrent story.

Funny i never see anyone around here picking Chavez over pac at 147...Mostly at 130, 135, and 140, where i would favor Chavez. And at 126, Sanchez schools him, thats not very hard to see.

No, i could see pac beating sanchez at 126 too, just because he beat a green azumah and gomez, that doesnt make him unstoppable. That doesnt matter to me anyways, he surpassed sanchez long time ago and he's pretty much above chavez too in an all time sense.

The sports page the next morning would read...PACQUIAO SHOCKS THE BOXING WORLD AGAIN!!it would be a 5th round tko for Manny...3 rounds of speed and 2 rounds of a leather blizzard, culminating with a pair or knockdowns and a quick stoppage by the ref.

The left hook is "kryptonite" to the southpaw because the "leftie" doesn't see the punch well.

And Pipino's left hook broke bones.

Cuevas in 5 rounds after being tagged some by Pacman too.

Yea Pacquaio kept getting hit all day with left hooks from MAB, Hatton, Cotto, Delahoya...oh no wait that didnt happen and Cuevas left hook is slower
