Absolutely not. After a few rounds of Pacquiao spinning and darting in and out shooting his left hand, Duran would find the angle for his right hand, follow up on the inside, ravage Manny's body, spin him, and continue to hit him for the remainder of the fight. Pacquiao would fight back like the dog he is but I don't see him being as accurate, and certainly not doing what he did to Barrera. (Edit: Way to change the thread title/topic.)
