Manny. Fought better opposition. Roy at his peak looked unstoppable, untouchable. Manny at his peak got touched up, but the Barrera victory was better than anyone on Roy's resume. At least off the top of my head, I think that. I know someone will correct me if I'm wrong. Both great fighters.

RJJ was an amazing fighter looked invincible during much of his prime but then other than Hopkins and Toney he wasn't being regularly tested against the best like Pac was doing year after year. It's easy to look invincible when you are facing over matched opposition.

Pac's resume is simply better and deeper. Wins over MAB, Morales, JMM, De La Hoya, Hatton, Cotto, Margarito, Mosley, Bradley, Thurman etc. In contrast RJJ really only has Hopkins, Toney, Ruiz, the first Tarver fight, Hill and the rematch with Griffin. It's just not comparable.

Maybe RJJ could of been the greater of the two but he was just content to make easy money while Pac in contrast sought out the toughest opposition and that is what separates the two.
