Sanchez was a very young 19-21 pro.. pac was 25? when he fought at featherweight? It would be one helluva fight, but I'm picking Sanchez by UD. He would have been the most technical youngest fighter to ever face Pacman.
He was a very complete fighter, just watch his 2 fights vs `Little Red` Lopez, amazing performances & Lopez was a good fighter.
Who knows. Salvador Sanchez might be one of those fighters that peaked very early, then faltered immediately. Unfortunately he died too soon. Boxing is littered with young phenoms who displayed amazing skills at the start of their careers, achieve great things, but unfortunately, their light dimmed immediately. Pac might be the boxer who follows the opposite path, staring as a fighter who is one-dimensional, naturally gifted but crude, and slowly gains boxing skills as he ages. At 126, Pac is so one dimensional that it is not a contests. He relied so much on his left hand. Basing on probable outcome, Sanchez would most likely win. But can we wirte that already in stone? But in any fight against a puncher, getting hit at the right spot would render this debate mute and academic. So who knows.
