Saddler all day long especially if the fight took place in his era. Pacquiao was still a bit 1 dimensional and not at his peak at Featherweight. And if you see Manny Pacquiao vs Agapito Sanchez who really roughed up Pacquiao and had him in alot distress. I can't imagine what Pacquiao would be like vs one of the dirtiest fighters in the game aka Sandy Saddler.
Saddler is taking Pacquiao to pieces anytime before Morales III. After that he's out of the featherwieght division permanently so I guess i'd pick Saddler to do him up a treat. It is a better fight at lightweight.
Saddler struggled with Flash Elorde who was very similar in style to Pacquiao but not as good. He was a southpaw and had a swarming busy style that gave Saddler a LOT of problems. This is how Pacquiao fought. Saddler did not fight well backing up and countering. Pacquiao would have beaten him.
Sandy would mess young Pac up bad. He knocked out Willie Pep in devastating fashion in four rounds in their first meeting and stopped him twice more. Manny doesn’t have the skill to outbox him like Willie did in the one fight he won in their series. This would be man-against-boy ugly.
